(كبريتات المغنيسيوم يفتح قنوات المراره). 5. في الساعة 10 مساء ، تأخذ نصف كأس زيت الزيتون (او زيت السمسم) مع نصف كأس عصير الليمون الطازج. يخلط المزيج جيدا ثم يشرب. (الزيت يسهل مرور الحصى). وفي صباح اليوم التالي ، سوف تخرج الحجارة. حتى إن كنت لا تعاني من حصى المرارة، فإنه ينصح القيام بهذا العلاج بين فترة وأخرى لتنظيف المرارة.
